1. Where should I place my order?

You can make the purchase so that we can take it to your home by going directly to the nearest supermarket or through our website.

What payment methods can I use to place my order?

Payments in cash or by credit or debit card Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro will be accepted.

If you choose the option to make the purchase in one of our supermarkets, the payment will be paid at the time, if you make your purchase through the Web once you receive your order at your home, this payment will be made.

2. How do we send the order to your home?

All orders that are made before 1:00 p.m. will enter the distribution of the same day in the afternoon or the next day. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday. After this time, the orders will leave our warehouse the next day, therefore they will arrive at your home two (business) days after your purchase.

We advise you that if you have a preferred time for delivery, leave it in the comments when adding the address. For example: "better in the morning."

All orders made through the website will also have a preparation cost of 6 euros.

Can I buy a lot of liquid products (water, soft drinks, wines ...)?

Our shipping policy has a limit for large orders of liquids, this includes our entire range of beverages, such as packs of water, soft drinks, beers, juices, wines ... Keep in mind that these products have a greater volume and weight than the rest of products and therefore, we have limited purchases up to certain amounts of liquids. If for any reason you manage to circumvent our IT limits, we will notify you immediately, removing the surplus products from your order. If you have doubts about this and you want to make a special order with many products of this nature, it is better that you write us an email to orders@supermercadosaladar.com and together we find the best solution.

Are there fresh and frozen products?

We have fresh, refrigerated and frozen products. These products are shipped in a refrigerated transport that maintains the ideal temperature throughout the journey.

Can I return an item?

Our return policy is based on always offering the highest quality in our products and in the shipping method. We are committed to ensuring that everything arrives correctly, but we know that sometimes mistakes can be made from the moment the product is prepared until it arrives at your home.
