Sending the order 

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the purchase request, through our transport service. An additional charge for modifications will apply.

Contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online. 

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Modification costs are fixed, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. 

We cannot combine two different orders, and the shipping costs apply to each individually. We are not responsible for any damage your shipping package may suffer, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. 

The boxes are large and your affected items well protected. 

Returns

You have bought in Saladar Supermarkets and they do not convince you? You can return your purchases within 14 days (except fresh or refrigerated products, 24 hours) at no additional cost.

ONLINE ORDERS

In the case of online orders you can make a return in two ways:

On the one hand, at the time of delivery of the order you can tell the carrier to take the product you want to return and order the corresponding refund.

On the other hand, you can return the product in store by approaching your closest supermarket with the purchase ticket.

FRESH OR REFRIGERATED PRODUCTS

In the return of fresh or refrigerated products due to poor condition, the presentation of the product is essential. In this case the return will always be made physically in one of our Supermarkets.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To proceed with the return, the following requirements must be met:

Step 1: Preparation of the product.

The product to be returned must be properly packaged.

Step 2: Invoice or purchase receipt

If you have made your order online, you must present the invoice with the product. If you have made your purchase physically at Saladar Supermarkets, you must present your purchase ticket together with the item to be returned.

Step 3: Return

The product will be returned with its corresponding invoice or ticket.

If the client wishes, they can replace that product with another and the difference will be paid.

Step 4: Refund

Once verified that the return is in accordance with the established conditions, we will proceed to make the refund in the same payment method used.
